Make A Deposit ...A $300 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration for each workshop you plan to attend. The discount applies to the balance due (not to your deposit). ...You can make a deposit by check, money order, or credit card by sending it along with the printed registration form by traditional mail or by using Paypal. ...To make a deposit using Paypal, you can use a Paypal account or any major credit card to process your payment securely through Paypal. (If you use a major credit card, then no Paypal account is required.) Please make the appropriate selection from the drop down menu and follow the instructions to process your payment. If you are making a deposit for more than one workshop, increase the quantity in the Paypal shopping cart to "2" or more. If you are registering for more than one workshop, or are an ensemble, you should use the 10% discount scroll-down ordering button and not the "Early Registration" scroll-down button (the early bird discount does not apply if you are receiving a 10% discount.) ...Register for more than one workshop or bring more people and save! A 10% discount is also available on full tuition workshops only ($750 or more) to individuals registering for more than one workshop or for group registrations from the same immediate family or performing ensemble.
